Buying Pallets

What pallet grades do you offer-

We offer three grades: Grade A (premium, like-new), Grade B (standard, minor wear), and Grade C (economy, functional with visible wear). Each grade is priced accordingly and suited for different applications.

What sizes of pallets are available-

We stock standard 48"x40" GMA pallets, 48"x48" square pallets, and various other sizes. We also manufacture custom sizes to your specifications.

Do you offer bulk pricing-

Yes! We offer volume discounts starting at 100 pallets (10% off) and 500+ pallets (20% off). Contact us for wholesale pricing on larger quantities.

Are your pallets heat treated-

We offer both heat-treated (HT) and non-treated pallets. All pallets marked for international shipping are ISPM-15 compliant with proper HT stamps.

What types of pallets do you buy-

We purchase all grades of wooden pallets - from pristine Grade A to damaged Grade C. Even broken pallets have value for recycling.

How much will you pay for my pallets-

Pricing depends on pallet condition, quantity, and current market rates. Grade A pallets command the highest prices, while Grade C pallets are priced for recycling value.

Do you pick up pallets-

Yes! We offer free pickup for loads of 50+ pallets within our service area. For smaller quantities, you can drop off at our facility.

How quickly do you pay-

We offer same-day payment for most purchases. Payment is made on-site at pickup or within 24 hours for drop-offs.

Delivery & Pickup

What areas do you serve-

We primarily serve the Puget Sound region including Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, and surrounding areas. Extended service is available throughout Washington and Oregon.

How fast can you deliver-

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon within our primary service area. Next-day delivery is available for most other locations.

Is there a minimum order for delivery-

Free delivery is available for orders of 50+ pallets. Smaller orders may have a delivery fee or can be picked up at our facility.

Do you have forklifts on your trucks-

Yes, all our delivery trucks are equipped with forklifts for self-loading and unloading at locations without dock facilities.

Recycling & Repair

What happens to recycled pallets-

Recycled pallets are broken down and converted into mulch, animal bedding, and biomass fuel. We ensure 100% of materials are repurposed.

Is pallet repair cost-effective-

Absolutely! Pallet repair typically costs 40-60% less than buying new pallets of equivalent quality, and extends pallet life significantly.

How long does repair take-

Standard repair turnaround is 24-48 hours. Rush service is available for urgent needs. On-site repair is available for large quantities.

Do you accept chemically treated pallets-

No, we cannot accept pallets that have been chemically treated, painted, or contaminated with hazardous materials due to safety regulations.
